What exactly comes with my order?
You receive the selected number of 100 mL foam cleaners, plus one complimentary tool set per order: one soft-bristle brush, one microfiber towel and one portable wet wipe.
Do I need to soak or machine-wash my shoes?
No. Apply a controlled amount of foam, brush the target area and wipe it clean. Avoid saturating the shoe.
Which materials can I clean?
The routine is positioned for leather/PU, synthetic materials, canvas, mesh and rubber. Patch test in a hidden area first and follow the footwear care label.
Can I use it on suede or nubuck?
We do not recommend using the cleaner on suede or nubuck unless the footwear manufacturer specifically permits a damp-cleaning method.
How much foam should I use?
Start small. Add more only when needed, working one section at a time so the material does not become saturated.
What should I do after cleaning?
Wipe away residue with the microfiber towel and allow the shoes to air-dry away from direct heat.
